I started my career in Data Analysis, learning the importance of breaking down tasks into component parts and prioritising.

As a Senior User and Go-To-Person for an internal product, I worked with software teams to prioritise, define and negotiate requirements and features. This led to valuable releases continuing to be delivered to users through the COVID-19 pandemic despite reduced development capacity.

I was then the Product Owner responsible for a cross-departmental web application with users at multiple geographic locations with different needs and priorities.

I earned an award for my user engagement, establishing a network between the development team and all user groups, and worked with cross-functional teams to design, prioritise, test and release many features and iterations for both user and departmental benefit.
