Able to build and align a team, identify and prioritise project tasks and milestones, breaking those down into discrete steps to achieve success.
Business Cases
Able to write structured business case documents for senior stakeholders to present recommendations, and achieve buy-in.
Data Analysis
Able to identify data sources, understand data, detect trends and, correlations, and work with experts. Will ensure product is data informed.
Roadmaps
Experience creating business mission aligned product roadmaps tailored to stakeholders utilising Now-Next-Later or time-horizon formats.
Prototyping
Can create and test low, medium and high fidelity prototypes and wireframes using tools including Figma and Miro.
Agile
Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles, focusing on continuous discovery and rapid iteration cycles. Experience in KanBan.
Usability Testing
Experience in planning and running usability and A/B testing, and presenting actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Customer Management
Able to build strong relationships with customers and users alike. Experience in negotiation, expectation management and communication.
Market Positioning
Can write product positioning statements and create marketing messaging briefs, aligned with product goals and business mission.
Product Launch
Able to analyse and adapt pricing strategy, devise launch checklists and select an appropriate release strategy to maximise impact and success.
Measuring Success
Experience of selecting valid metrics within OKR and KPI frameworks to track products and feature success, linking up to business measures.
